Alena Dawn is most know for her unique and edgy custom design clothing, and make-up skills. Her wardrobe styling and costume design skills are classy and fierce. Alena is predominately inspired by industrial rock music and artistic couture fashion. She loves mixing opposing textures and metal hardware to achieve an edgy and classy look. Deconstruction, reconstruction, custom dying, painting and embellishing clothing is her specialty.
With a theater degree from Seattle Pacific University where Alena studied costume design and worked in the costume shop, she has the skills to give your character the look needed for success. Alena calls her dress design style glamorously goth. Previously designing under the name A-Stylz Alena feels SAD is a more appropriate label for her current work.
Presently residing in Los Angeles her accomplishments include work for magazine print, commercials, runway shows, entertainers, music videos and films. Though Alena prefers working on extreme styles she is very skilled and knowledgeable for work in commercial, glamor and lifestyle projects. Being a model and actress herself gives her an edge on working with talent and achieving results for both perspectives. When hired for make-up and or wardrobe work, hairstyling service can be included as well. Alena currently works with Go-Go Gear by scooter Girls as a designer, sample maker, and in product Development. Alena is a make-up artist for Jolie Visage clinical skin care and cosmetics. She is available for design, make-up artistry and wardrobe styling for photography, film and tv. Alena is also available for fashion show coordination, personal shopping, lifestyle and career fashion consultation.
